My Why
It was my goal to become the healer of my home for my family. To make a change for my daughter and for her future. I devoted my motherhood journey to seeking truth and learning how to read labels, cook cleaner and make healthier sustainable options that impacted our health and wellness.
You can also find me in the garden most likely barefoot, trying some new recipe, at a local thrift store or looking for a new adventure.
In my 40's I'm currently embracing weight lifting, surfing and making sourdough bread.
