This is also time meant for education and empowerment. I want you to know what is going on in your body and learn what you can do to better support yourself. I help you find the tools that best suite your needs and budget so you can feel like your own health care advocate. We will work together to create a clear action plan.

A follow up consult will be scheduled to check in on progress and make any adjustments. A follow up email is sent with notes and recommendations within 48 hrs. Continued appts will be based on needs and progress.
Your symptoms are the first thing I look at. I look at serum labs through a functional lens. Other labs may be suggested based on concerns. I can not diagnose, treat or cure.

I do not work specifically children. I will make exceptions for existing clients.

This is not a black and white answer and has many variables. I do think a reasonable amount of time to see decrease in symptoms and some sort of change is within 3 months. Ideally you will get to support that will help you see change much sooner. If there is no change in 3 months we will reevaluate our plan of action and make adjustments. Lifestyle and your commitment play a huge role in this.
